Eric Serene, the company founder and manager of YourChauffeur:
He has a rich career after 25 years of working in luxury hotels and tourism. His last post was as Chief Concierge at Villa La Coste, a 5 * Palace Hotel north of Aix en Provence. Previous to this he worked as a driver, booking agent and dispatcher for Deluxe Drivers; further experience include periods in the USA, the West Indies, St Tropez and Savoy.
Originally from the Pyrenees region, he has been a resident of Aix en Provence for more than 15 years and has a personal interest in its places; cultural, historical and artistic events and a global vision of the touristic offer of Provence, Cote d'Azur, Alps and the Rhone Valley.
Trilingual, French, English, Spanish, he is a French national, from the border region of Spain with international experience.
An Alumni of the University of Toulouse (DEUG C LEA, Foreign languages applied to tourism) and the IRTH of Tarbes (Diploma, Trilingual receptionist) and a holder of a professional car transport card with driver (VTC) issued by the prefecture.
Your patronage would benefit from such attributes, making him your able contact to organize and deliver individual requests as you imagine them, through attention to detail, prior knowledge and efficiency.
Since November 2021, YourChauffeur utilises the latest high-end SUV Mercedes Benz GLB vehicle for short, medium and long distance trips. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults with luggage or up to 3 adults and 2 young children (thanks to two folding seats in the 3rd row) for journeys without luggage.
You will appreciate the comfort and finish of this premium vehicle with all its optional extras: individual seats, generous legroom, tinted windows, panoramic roof on request, air conditioning…
The spacious trunk facilitates the easy accommodation of luggage!
